Is there a free version of Qmon?
Qmon does not offer a permanently free tier, but every new subscriber gets a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. During the trial you can explore all 168 topics, use the parent dashboard, and see how your child responds to Archie's teaching style. If it is not the right fit, you can cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your Qmon subscription at any time through your Apple ID subscription settings on your iPad. If you cancel, your child will retain access to Qmon until the end of the current billing period. There are no cancellation fees or penalties. You can resubscribe at any time and your child's progress will be waiting for them.
What happens to my child's progress if I cancel?
Your child's learning data, including completed topics, XP, achievements, streaks, and diagnostic history, is preserved even if you cancel your subscription. If you resubscribe later, everything picks up right where they left off. Your child will not lose any of their hard-earned progress or have to retake the placement test.
